The structure is as follows, Cost Venue Travel by
Match 1 Saturday 1st May Wigan Boat + Coach£30
Match 2 Saturday 5th June BebingtonBoat + Coach£30
Match 3 Sunday 4th July Barrow Boat + Coach£30
Match 4 Saturday 31st July Salford Boat + Coach£30
Please let me know asap if you do or do not want to compete at these meetings so that I can book
boat seats!
For those of you new to the Under 17 age group you wont have been old enough to compete at these
events previously so heres how it works-
We have a combined mens and womens senior team with Northern A C and the league, as you can see
above, is spread over 4 fixtures. Every track and field event is competed including relays with there being
an A and B male and an A and B female athlete in each event. We share the events with Northern A C
and there is only one age group being classed as Seniors. Under 17 athletes are restricted to only taking
part in 3 individual events plus a relay, Under 20s in 4 plus a relay and Senior/Vets in 8!!.
Could you let me know yes or no re the first trip asap .

Congratulations goes out to both Joanne Schade (19) and Atsuko Senier (20) of WAC who finished 1st and 2nd overall in this year’s Ramsey Fireman’s handicapped road run series.
Also a big well-done to all western athletes who took part in this year’s series of road runs, yet another well supported event by our senior athletes.
Attention now turns to this year’s Ramsey Park run series hosted by NAC which start on the 16th April 2010 and then the Dave Phillips Memorial road run series host by WAC at St John’s starting on the 7th May 2010. All abilities will be made to feel most welcome by the organisers of these events.
If anyone reading this can spare an hour to marshal at either of the road running series could they please let the race organisers know on the evening.
