X-Country

1st Round of the Manx Gas Cross Country Challenge was held at Glen Lough and organised by Western AC. Thanks to the high quality of the registration lists prepared by Lucy and Lewis Veale and the excellent timekeeping and recording on the day. Also a big thank you to the marshalls around the course

There was an excellent turnout of 129 competitors, which is the biggest-ever field in the 5-year history of the Glen Lough course. The previous best was 110 last season. It was good to see some excellent performances by a number of newcomers to cross country in all age groups. Many thanks to all those who worked very hard to put on an excellent afternoon of cross country racing.
